Beginning: Couple of boys playing football and is introduced with a
‘Pan’ shot in the Gorleston Wreck Park. One of the shots that we have agreed on
doing is a shot where there is close up of the football and as it is being
kicked around by the boys it is simultaneously being tracked by the Camera.
There will be variety of shots of the guys playing football which will consist
of long shots, close ups, mid shots and extreme close ups.
Middle: In the middle section of our 90 second film the football is
kicked over the fence by accident by one of the guys. The other characters are
annoyed at the guy that kicked the ball over the fence and they start to have a
confrontation. As the go ahead with their confrontation as ball is kicked back
over the fence. In the matter of confusion the ball kicked back over is a rugby
ball. There person returning the ball is not seen.
End: When the ball has landed there is a close up to signify what
the object kicked back was. The guys playing football are confused and shocked
at what this amazing object is. At this point they don’t know what a rugby ball
is. One of the guys moves towards the rugby ball and picks it up slowly.
Dramatic music is played at this time to emphasise the amazement of the object.
As the guy raises the ball above his head, another guy grabs him and takes him
out. The ball then falls out of his hand and another guy picks it up and kicks
it away. The football that was seen at the beginning of the film returns and
the guys go back to playing football. The guy taken out stays on the floor in
utter disappointment.
